A container transport operator, not a broker

What we actually are

Aardiv Solutions Pty Ltd is an Australian company operating container transport out of the Port Botany and Port Kembla precincts. We run our own equipment with our own drivers, and we hold our own terminal registrations and 1-Stop VBS access. When you book a container with us, no part of that job is passed to a third party you have never heard of.

That matters more than it sounds. A broker quoting your container is quoting someone else's truck, someone else's slot and someone else's priorities. When the vessel is late or the terminal is congested, they are as much a spectator as you are.

How we work

We are small enough that the person who quotes your job is the person who knows what happened to it. You are not passed between departments, and you are not told "I'll have to check with operations" — operations is on the other side of the desk.

We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. That is not marketing language for "we answer emails at night": terminal slots fall pre-dawn, export receival windows fall on weekends, and we run to those windows rather than to office hours. It is the single biggest difference between us and operators who close at five.

Safety and compliance

Container transport sits squarely inside Chain of Responsibility law, which makes everyone in the chain — including the consignor — responsible for mass, load restraint, fatigue and speed compliance. We take that seriously because the alternative is expensive for both of us.

What we will tell you no about

A transport operator that says yes to everything is telling you something. We do not carry placarded dangerous goods, we do not unpack containers, we do not store them, and we do not consolidate LCL freight. If a job needs any of those, we will say so on the first call rather than on the day.
