Standard trailer container delivery

A skeletal trailer is the lightest, cheapest way to move a full container load. Terminal to your door, with your equipment doing the lifting at the other end.

When this is the right choice

  • Your site has a forklift, container handler, crane or loading dock.
  • You are moving volume and cost per container matters most.
  • The container is heavy enough to exceed a side loader limit.
  • You are running regular import or export lanes on a schedule.

What we need from you

  • Unloading equipment rated for the container weight, available at the delivery window.
  • Truck access — a rigid path in and out for a 19 m combination, or notice if there is not.
  • A nominated site contact for the driver.
  • For exports: the packed weight, so the VGM declaration is right the first time.

The honest version

This is the workhorse. On a six-axle combination we run up to 43.5 t gross, covering effectively any legally packed 20' or 40' container. Because there is no lifting equipment on the trailer, the whole payload allowance goes to your freight rather than to hydraulics — which is exactly why it is the cheapest way to move a heavy box.

Best for: Sites with a forklift, crane or dock. Highest-volume, lowest-cost option.

If your site cannot unload, side loader delivery does the same job without any equipment at your end.
