Read across the row that matches your site. If two look plausible, call us and describe the access — that is the question that usually decides it.
| Configuration | Max weight | Sizes | Equipment needed at your site | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Side loader | 22.5 t container | 20' · 40' | None | Tight access, no site equipment, ground-level drop |
| Standard trailer | 43.5 t gross | 20' · 40' | Forklift, crane or dock | Heavy containers, volume lanes, lowest cost |
| Retractable trailer | 43.5 t gross | 20' · 40' · 45' | Forklift, crane or dock | 45' units, oversize and over-length cargo |
| Drop trailer | 43.5 t gross | 20' · 40' | Hardstand to park the trailer | Slow unpacks, avoiding waiting-time charges |
Weights are the maximums we can run. The legal limit for your specific load also depends on how it is packed and the axle configuration — see the guide to gross weight.
In detail
Self-loading delivery that places the container directly on the ground — no crane, no forklift, no yard equipment needed at your site.
The most cost-effective way to move a full container load when your site has the equipment to unload. Terminal to door on a skeletal trailer.
Extendable trailers built for long and oversize cargo that will not sit on a standard deck. Fewer trips, and permits handled where the load calls for them.
We leave the loaded trailer at your site and collect it later, so unpacking happens on your schedule instead of ours.
Every configuration above runs in both directions. On imports we collect from the terminal once your delivery order is clear and deliver to your site. On exports we collect the packed container from you and deliver into the terminal inside the receival window — including the night and weekend windows that most operators will not run to.
Empty pickup before packing and dehire after unpacking are handled either side, across all ten empty parks we are inducted at.
We are a transport operator, so being clear about the boundary saves everyone time:
Tell us the container size, the delivery suburb and what equipment is on site. That is enough for us to pick the right configuration and quote it — usually the same day.
Send the details and you will have a quote the same day. If it is urgent, call — we run to terminal windows, not office hours.
